Terms and Condition
- Rates are quoted in US$ Rates and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
But exclude fuel.
- All our rental cars are all chauffeur Driven.
- Our payment system is pre paid before departure and payment can be made in either foreign currency or cedi equivalent.
- Extra hours and surcharge bills are done upon return of the vehicle.
- Daily Rental rates are applicabale for a maximum of 10 hrs / day. Extra hours attracts a surcharge of $5/hr.
- Overnight Charges applicable after 10:00pm and Extra Driver Allowance as well Ghanbytaxi is not responsible for any damage, caused directedly or indirectly from using our rented cars.
- The renter must ensure that they have enough medical and liability insurance covering their trip in Ghana.
Driver Allowance and other Charges
- Overnight driver allowances within Accra $10 / Night
- Overnight driver allowances outside Accra $18 / Night
Fuel
- Each vehicle leaves with a full tank and the renter must refuel it on return or pays for refuelling on return.
Return Policy
- Cars Rented out must be return before 8:00 pm
Cancellation and No Show
- A cancellation fee of 10% will be levied for all reservations that are cancelled after the reservation confirmed "No Show Fee" equivalent to $20 will apply, if Ghanbytaxi is not notified of your cancellation prior to pickup.
Forms of Payment
- Cash, Credit card (Paypal payment system) Cash can be paid in either Foreign Currency or Ghana Cedi equivalent.
